Ukrainian media outlets later said that Kyiv’s forces had carried out a successful strike on Russia’s Krasnaya Yaruga electrical substation, close to the Ukrainian border.The reports cited an unnamed source from within Ukraine’s security services and included a video that appeared to show an aerial strike against an unidentified target.The Associated Press could not independently verify the reports.Moscow also said Sunday that it had intercepted a Global Hawk drone close to Russia’s Black Sea border.A Su-27 fighter was scrambled to intercept the drone, which turned away and ultimately did not cross into Russian airspace, the Russian defense ministry said in a statement on social media.。    2026年8月6日上午，海南省旅游和文化广电体育厅在三亚召开南部片区体育彩票发展工作会议。会议深入贯彻落实省委、省政府关于海南旅游业高质量发展的决策部署，研究推动体育彩票展示体验中心进驻景区、交通枢纽、商业综合体、酒店等重点旅游场所，深化“体彩+旅游”融合发展。省旅文厅党组书记、厅长陈铁军主持会议并作总结讲话。会议指出，体育彩票是经国务院批准发行的国家公益彩票，是来之于民、用之于民的国家公益事业。我省体育彩票自1996年正式发行销售以来，已累计筹集公益金超过50亿元，广泛用于群众体育、竞技体育、青少年体育以及社会保障、教育助学、乡村振兴等社会公益事业。2025年全省体育彩票销售23.70亿元，筹集公益金5.92亿元。省旅文厅财务处负责人在会议中汇报了我省体彩公益金使用情况。2025年省本级公益金投向三大领域：一是群众体育，打造“琼超”“村VA”“村BA”等群众体育赛事品牌，举办全民赛事活动300余场。二是竞技体育，引进高水平体育赛事51项，我省运动员在国内外重大赛事获165枚奖牌。三是青少年体育，开展“体育振兴乡村”活动，惠及青少年学生约2万余人。

B | 会议认为，“体彩+旅游”融合发展对旅游场所和企业具有多重利好。会议号召各企业要站在支持全省公益事业发展、助力国际旅游消费中心建设、服务自贸港建设的高度，积极参与体彩展示体验中心建设。会议对下一阶段工作作出部署，明确了体彩展示体验中心在选址、审批、培训、开业各环节的推进节奏，要求各相关企业加快工作进度。省体育彩票管理中心将全程提供业务指导、人员培训及政策保障。同时，会议要求各市县旅文局加强服务对接，确保各项工作按时有序推进。陈铁军厅长在总结讲话中指出，推进“体彩+旅游”融合发展是落实省委、省政府关于海南旅游业高质量发展决策部署的具体行动，也是服务海南国际旅游消费中心建设的重要举措。省旅文厅将与各企业携手，共同推动体彩展示体验中心建设落地见效，实现企业收益与公益事业的双赢。三亚南山文化旅游区、亚特兰蒂斯酒店、海棠国际免税城、大东海旅游景区、大悦城、凤凰国际机场、陵水富力海洋公园、三正月酒店、莱佛士酒店、保亭呀诺达景区等重点旅游场所企业代表参加会议。省旅文厅财务处、资源开发处、群众体育处、行业管理处，省体彩中心以及三亚市、陵水县、保亭县旅文局主要负责人出席会议。
